Warranty Policies

Thank you for your trust in us. The product you purchased has a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of purchase, as shown on your invoice or payment receipt.

Warranty Conditions

 

1.      Requirements for Validating the Warranty
To claim the warranty, it is essential to present:

·         The original invoice or proof of purchase.

·         The defective product.

·         The duly completed warranty policy.
Without these documents, the company reserves the right to refuse warranty service.

2.      Coverage
The company undertakes to:

·         Repair the product.

·         Replace defective parts or components at no cost to the customer, including labor.
This applies only if the failure is attributable to a manufacturing defect.

3.      Repair Time
The repair process will not exceed 30 business days from the date of receipt of the product.

 

4.      Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

·         Shipping costs of the product to or from the repair center.

·         Risks arising from the transportation of the product.

5.      Expiration
This warranty lasts for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Case in which the warranty is void
The warranty will be void in the following cases:

·         If the product was used under conditions other than normal.

·         If the provided instructions for use were not followed.

·         If the product was altered or repaired by unauthorized people.
